Daniel Craig Residential have over 30 years experience in the property industry

We are not a typical letting agency, we operate across the whole residential property sector covering sales, lettings, property management, property sourcing and property refurbishment but a large area of our expertise lies in property management and portfolio building. We own properties ourselves having built up our own successful portfolio in the North East of England and we have encountered just about every problem you can think of.

One of the most frequent pieces of feedback we receive from our landlords is praise for our flexible service. You are trusting us with something that is, for most people, the biggest investment you are likely to have. It is important therefore that we build up a strong working relationship and tailor our package to suit your needs. This is not a one size fits all solution and we are continuously looking for feedback on our services so that we can offer the most suitable service for you! Message from Daniel

As a landlord I know the type of person I want living in my property and the standard that I want my property kept to. When finding a tenant we consider whether we would rent this applicant the property if it was our own, similarly when purchasing a property for an investor we consider if this is a property we would buy and as we normally end up managing these properties it is just as important for us that this is done properly.

Our Services

We are a growing company and our managed portfolio is always increasing.  We work with landlords with only 1 property right up to landlords with hundreds of properties and offer a flexible service to suit their needs.  We can offer one off refurbishment or management services right up to the development and creation of a substantial property portfolio for our investors.  We operate over a wide area across the North East in partnership with other management agencies and offer management services ourselves throughout the whole of Tyne and Wear.

Our Staff

It is important that our staff are up to date on all legislation and are knowledgeable on their area of expertise. To ensure this we have all undertaken our NFOPP qualifications (National Federation Of Property Professionals) and attend regular meetings and courses to keep our knowledge up to date. Our new members of staff will be undergoing their NFOPP qualifications as part of their training in the company.
