Now proud members of The Property Ombudsman scheme

Daniel Craig Residential are now proud members of The Property Ombudsman scheme.

Legislation around residential lettings and property management is an issue at the forefront of the property industry and we are all aware that letting agents have a duty of care to both their landlords and tenants.  In order to meet this duty of care it is important that agents are up to date on all current legislation and implement it fairly.  The Property Ombudsman offers guidance on how agents can provide this duty of care through the TPO Code of Practice for Letting Agents and also provides an avenue for customers to voice their concerns should any problems arise during a tenancy.

Membership to this scheme is not compulsory for Letting Agents at present but we at Daniel Craig Residential believe it is an important step in ensuring that problems with our service are brought to our attention and dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
