We aim to make the process of finding your new home as simple and as affordable as possible. All of the legal documents that a landlord needs when letting out his property must be provided before we will even advertise the property; so you can rest assured that all safety documents are in place.

With an increasing work load you simply don’t have hours each day for searching through property portals – so let us help!
We have hundreds of properties for you to choose between, across many favourable student areas of Newcastle. We ask you for your preference of number of bedrooms, your budget and how soon you are looking to move then we do the rest for you. Provided with a property match, you and your friends can then choose your favourites to view.

If you are already a tenant of Daniel Craig Residential you will be fully aware of the services that we provide and how much we like to look after you as our tenants. If a problem arises we work hard to ensure the problem is resolved. We have all been tenants in rented accommodation, and many of our staff still are. We therefore all have first-hand experience of feeling ignored by our landlords and don’t want this to be the case for you.

Each year we also have many single applicant students looking for their ideal home and wanting to live with like-minded people. We spend a lot of time establishing what people are looking for and discussing their interests and we pair you up with people similar to yourself.

Most of our properties are available for 12 month lets, although some Landlords will offer 10 months or less. Don’t be afraid to ask.

When we’ve found you the perfect property a deposit will be required to secure the tenancy so that we can take the property off the market. A reference check will be required for each of the tenants. If you’re a student you will need a UK based guarantor. If you are unable to provide a UK based guarantor then advance rent payments can be made instead.

For an existing tenant we want to look after you. If you renew your existing tenancy with us or move to a new one of our other properties with your new friends then you will pay no admin fee!
