After developing our letting agency to incorporate sales we are proud to report a great start to the year in 2015.  We have not only taken on a great number of sales instructions but we have completed on 80% of all instructions taken within 12 weeks, with the fastest sale completion from instruction to exchange taking only 7 weeks.  We have now built relationships with a number of solicitors, surveyors and tradesmen who are able to help us make your sale / purchase go smoothly.
