Management Fees – Standard charge – 10% of the monthly rental value with a minimum charge of £300.00 + vat or 12% of the monthly rental value for HMO’s. This can be subject to change with the prior agreement of DCR and the landlord. Agreed fees that differ to this amount can be found in the Landlords Agreement.
Guaranteed Rent with Rent Collection Service – This service costs is £25.00 (+ vat) per month for properties under a monthly rental income of £500.00. For properties with a rental income over this amount then the charge would be 5% of the monthly rent plus vat.

Guaranteed Rent Fees for Managed Properties
This service cost is £25.000 (+ vat) per month for properties under £1000.00. For rental properties over this amount then the charge would be 2.5% of the monthly rent plus vat.

Elective Licensing Costs – Landlord to act as a License Holder – £250.00 + vat, this would include:
Assistance to complete the documents pertinent to the Licensing Form from the Local Authority
Collation of Document and Organising of the below
- Electrical Certification
- Gas Safety Certification
- PAT Test Certification
- Smoke Alarms are Compliant and in suitable locations
Organising remedial works as suggested by the Local Authority.
Completion of these items will be charged separately to the Landlord as will additional repairs/remedial works.
HMO – Application Fee /Renewal Fee – £250.00 + vat
