Landlord Fees


  1. Fees

Fees relating to various services provided by Daniel Craig Residential, please note the fees associated with

  • Tenant find – 50% of first months rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £400 + VAT)
  • Fully Managed – 10% of monthly rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £50 + VAT)
  • Fully managed properties are subject to let fees for new tenancies at 50% of first months rent + VAT (subject to a minimum of £300 + VAT)
  • Tenancy Renewal – £100 + VAT for managed landlords and previous tenant find landlords.


  1. Additional Fees

Daniel Craig Residential endeavour to make our charges as simple and as flexible as possible.  Some of the below are charges from contractors for standards certificates required by law.  The remaining are charges from DCR, there are some of the services such as inventories which are not applicable if a landlord has a fully managed service as this is included in their package.  However the same items are priced individually for landlords taking out let only packages who wish to add on additional services.  This list highlights the costs associated with these services when taken out individually.

  • Inventory – starting at £90 + VAT for a 2 bedroom unfurnished apartment.  This price increases to £140 + VAT for a furnished property and by £25 + VAT per additional bedroom.  Inventories are included as standard within fully managed package.
  • Professional marketing photographs included within tenant find and fully managed properties as standard.
  • HMO – Application Fee /Renewal Fee – £250.00 + vat (Fee to council paid separately to the Local Authority)
  • Quarterly Returns to HMRC – £120.00 per year + vat
  • Possession Notices – Section 21 – £25.00 + vat per tenancy
  • Possession Notice – Section 8 – £25.00 + vat per tenancy
  • Gas Safety Check – £50.00
  • Energy Performance Certificate – £48.00
  • Assistance with selective licensing application – £250 +VAT
  • Additional marketing – variable rates.  We use social media marketing and PR companies for some of our more unique properties, any additional marketing will be charged on an individual basis and agreed in writing with the landlord before instructed.
